Which litter(s)/puppies are you interested in?

What is your pet history and why do you want this breed?

What gender do you prefer for your puppy?

Do all the people in your home agree to purchasing a dog? If you rent your home, does your lease allow you to have a dog this size?

Do you understand/agree with the following:

Do you agree to spay/neuter your dog, and that they are not going to be used for breeding purposes?

Are you aware that because of their hair coats, Cavapoos should be groomed every 6-10 weeks - including regular brushing if you want to maintain a mat-free longer coat? Groomers typically charge between $60-$120, or you can learn to groom them yourself.

Do you agree to properly train and socialize your puppy, and provide appropriate vet care as needed, so that they can have a happy and fulfilling life?
